Open the separator tank, take out the used separator, and clean the inside of the separator tank.

Air oil separator use very delicate materials to stop the oil particles with olephilic and olephobic fiberglass together. Focus separator has design which can make life up tp 8000H.
When air ends start operation, it immediately suck in the air from the air filter, and meanwhile lubrication system also start to feed the oil to the air end for cooling and lubrication.Thus air oil mixure come to the air oil separator tank. Firstly the air oil mixture will be stopped by a layer to rest at the bottom of the tank, then the air oil mixture start to go through the separator the separator layer stop the oil and let go the air for most of the oil particles however there is little oil penetrationg the layer, Focus technology can control it into under 2 PPM. inside the separator ,there is a oil return pipe normally with its sharp end 3mm away from the separator bottom to suck back the inside oil back to the lubrication curculations. Them the nearly oilless air go to the pipe after the compressor.
Focus separators can control the oil carrier to under 2 PPM and woking life up to 8000H with low pressure drop(0.17 bar change)
Open the separator tank, take out the used separator, and clean the inside of the separator tank.
Take care to clean the oil return pipe and check that it is not choked with unexpected particles.
Also check the performance of the minimum pressure valve.
Cover the cap and tightly screw the cap to finish installation.
